nEssential functions:
nPerform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
nPersonal Hygiene
nAmbulation/Transfers
nDressing/Shaving
nPreparing meals and snacks according to instructions
nAccompanying patients on errands or medical appointments
nPerforming light housekeeping activities
nPerform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including but not limited to:
nProviding hospice supportive care
nMedication reminders
nAssisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
nAssisting with blood glucose monitoring
nCare of bed-bound patients
nIncontinence care
nUsing lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
nPreferred experience in:
nHoyer lift
nPersonal care
nRange of Motion Exercises
nFoley care
nCompanionship
nLight cleaning
nFluency in English is essential.
