Our center is dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation and healthcare services to our patients, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team.About the Role:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at St. John Neumann Center for Rehab and Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:Providing direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, and medication managementMaintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progressCollaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansSupporting patients with rehabilitation goals and activitiesMaintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocolsResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingTake and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturationAdminister medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursesAssist with mobility and transfers, including use of equipment such as wheelchairs and walkersParticipate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetingsMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progressRequirements:Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of PennsylvaniaHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, transfer, and move patients as neededWhat We Offer:Sign on Bonus!!If you are a dedicated and compassionate CNA looking for a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
