You will provide resident care that helps foster independence & confidence throughout their golden years.Responsibilities :Pass medications according to each resident's care planHelp with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers and baths, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactionsDocument cares appropriatelyFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policiesQualifications :Active CNA license, requiredMedication Aide certified, requiredPrior caregiving experience, desiredPassion and drive for helping othersWillingness to train new employeesA desire to continue learning and improving your skillsetAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishEdgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
