Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Central Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. CNAs play an essential role in supporting residents with daily care needs while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.Opportunities are available across AM, PM, and NOC shifts.What We OfferNext Day Pay availableHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchSupportive and team-oriented work environmentTraining and professional development opportunitiesOpportunities to grow within the organizationResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealsProvide personal care in a respectful and dignified mannerAnswer call lights and respond promptly to resident needsAssist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as directedTake and document vital signs and other resident information as assignedObserve residents and report changes in condition to the nurseAssist with maintaining clean and comfortable resident rooms and care areasSupport restorative and rehabilitative care as assignedFollow infection-control, safety, and resident-care proceduresMaintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentialityCommunicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other team membersComplete required documentation accurately and timelyPerform additional resident-care duties as assignedQualificationsCurrent and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of IllinoisCompassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident careStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow instructions and established care proceduresAbility to work effectively in a long-term care environmentMust meet applicable health and background requirementsScheduleAvailable shifts include:AM: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPM: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AMNOC: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AMRotating weekends and weekend availability may be requiredWork SettingSkilled Nursing Facility | Long-Term CareCentral Nursing Home is committed to providing quality resident care in a professional and supportive environment.
