Job description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time opportunities at South Mountain Restoration Center in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available. Residents require nursing-home care and may have histories of serious psychiatric illness, dementia, or chronic physical and mental health conditions. Care is individualized with a focus on comfort, dignity, and helping residents maintain as much independence as possible.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time. Day shifts available. Evening shifts available. Overnight shifts available. Assigned weekends and holidays required.
Position Overview: Assist residents with hygiene, meals, comfort, and activities of daily living. Support restorative programs that help residents maintain independence. Communicate with residents using a calm and respectful approach. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Follow resident care plans and infection-control procedures. Help maintain a safe and clean resident-care environment.
Requirements: Active registration on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry required. Minimum 6 months of CNA experience required. Availability to work assigned weekends and holidays required. Preferred: Previous long-term care experience. Experience caring for residents with dementia, psychiatric histories, or chronic physical and mental health conditions.
