Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ResponsibilitiesEnsure all residents are comfortableAssist residents with activities of daily living (food service, personal care, bowel and bladder functions, etc.)Measure and record vitals routinelyObserve and report the well-being of residentsProvide assistance with Range of Motion exercises and ambulationEstablish healthy communication with nursing personnel and other department personnelPerform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructedAssist with the lifting, moving, positioning, and transporting of residentsCheck, review, and abide by resident care plansFollow work assignments and schedules in completing tasksCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivityCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) RequirementsHigh school diploma or its equivalentValid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant licenseExceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsPreferredPrevious experience in long-term carePrevious experience with Point Click CareWhat We OfferPay rate of $20 per hour as of 12/1Competitive pay scaleMedical and dental coverageGenerous employee referral bonus401kPaid time offCEU eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional development trainingDedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
