Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical team at Centralia Correctional Center located in Centralia, Illinois.CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentCNA or other medical paraprofessional certification requiredCNA licensure in IL requiredTraining, experience or certification as a nurse's aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferredOne year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency or correctional setting preferredMust be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLSAbility to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkAvailable Shift: Full-Time Day, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including:Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysFlexible Spending AccountContinuing Education benefitsMuch more...
