Job Description
CNA - Telemetry
Schedule
Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) with every other weekend required.
Assignment Details
Position will float between units. 48 hours are approved.
Requirements
Prior CNA experience requested.
Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
Must be available for weekends.
Expected ratios: 1:7.
Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic care.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Support nursing staff with patient care documentation.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families as needed.
