Job description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – All ShiftsBerkshire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking reliable and compassionate CNAs to join our team. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care and comfort to each of our residents, and we're looking for CNAs who share that commitment.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to call bells and resident needsAssist residents with grooming, hygiene, and personal careSupport mealtime by helping with trays and feeding as neededSafely assist residents with mobility, including transfers and transport to activitiesProvide direct and indirect resident care in accordance with care plansQualificationsCurrent NYS CNA certification (new graduates welcome to apply)Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and reposition residents throughout the shiftPhysical ability to assist with transfers, push equipment, bend, and climb stairs as neededCompassion, patience, and a strong dedication to resident care
