SYNERGY HomeCare of Miami Caregiver OpportunityAt SYNERGY HomeCare of Miami, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, non-medical care that allows our clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are reliable, caring, and professional.English-speaking caregivers are welcome. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus but not required.Dayshifts and nightshifts/overnights shift available, Weekends available to start.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityProvide companionship and emotional supportOffer standby assistance to ensure safety and fall preventionAssist with transfers and ambulation (within scope of practice)Take and record vital signs as permitted by certification and care planMaintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environmentCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and SYNERGY HomeCare staffDocument care accurately and in a timely mannerRequirementsActive CNA or HHA certification (Florida)English speaking preferred; Spanish bilingual requiredHealthcare or home care experience preferred (1+ year a plus)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a Level 2 background screening for the AHCA roster screening and drug screening (for more information visit The Agency for Health Care Administration web page)Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanorCompensation & BenefitsPay range: $16–$25 per hour, based on experience, case type, and shiftFlexible scheduling (full-time and part-time opportunities)Variety of cases and shifts availableSupportive office team and ongoing case oversightOpportunities for consistent hours and professional growthWork EnvironmentOne-on-one care in clients' homesRespectful, team-oriented cultureFocus on caregiver support and client satisfactionIf you are looking to make a meaningful difference while working with a supportive home care agency, we encourage you to apply today and join the SYNERGY HomeCare of Miami team.We are hiring!
