We are currently seeking a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sheridan Correctional Center in Sheridan, Illinois.CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.This is a full time night shift position working 11pm-7am, and every other weekend.Pay rate: $22.77/hrQualifications:High School diploma or equivalentCNA or other medical paraprofessional certification requiredCNA licensure in Illinois requiredTraining, experience or certification as a nurse's aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferredOne year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency or correctional setting preferredMust be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLSAbility to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkWe offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including:Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysFlexible Spending AccountContinuing Education benefitsMuch more...
