Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Sign on Bonus: $1500
ExcelCare At the Pines is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety. CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation
Provide personal hygiene and comfort care
Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements
Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
Document food and fluid intake and care provided
Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
Transport residents throughout the facility as needed
Support nurses and other members of the care team with resident needs
Follow facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations
Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
CNA Qualifications Current CNA certification/license in the state of Delaware
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a healthcare setting preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide safe, respectful, and patient-centered care
