Job description
The Terraces of Boise in Boise, ID, a HumanGood community nationally rated as Best Senior Living community for Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for talented CNA's to join our team!
Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Schedules Available (SIGN ON BONUS FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS):
FT Day Shifts: 6am-2pm- Sunday-Thursday- Must have Sunday availability
FT Evening Shifts: 2pm-10pm- Must have Sunday availability
FT NOC Shifts: 10pm-6am- Tuesday-Saturday or Friday-Tuesday
Pay range: $18-25 per hour, depending on years of licensed CNA experience + shift differentials for qualifying shifts
Shift Differentials: $1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift
To be successful in the role, you would have:
Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
New grads are welcome!
