Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Monitor, measure, and accurately document vital signs
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff promptly
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
Qualifications
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting
Strong compassion and patient-centered care approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
