Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Your Role as a CNA: You'll play an essential part in enhancing residents' comfort, safety, and quality of life by:
Providing personalized care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident's dignity.
Promoting comfort & safety: Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
Fostering connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring residents' rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
Accurate documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents' conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
Collaborating with the team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
Enhancing quality of life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New York.
A passion for delivering compassionate, respectful care.
Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
