Senior Living Facility CaregiverThis role involves providing compassionate and attentive care to residents in a senior living facility, working under the guidance and supervision of a licensed nurse.Responsibilities:Assist residents with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.Observe and promptly report any changes in residents' health conditions to the nursing staff to ensure timely interventions.Offer emotional support and companionship to both residents and their families, fostering a warm and reassuring environment.Requirements:Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is mandatory.Possess a current CPR certification.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members.Dependable transportationMust be able to pass State of Arkansas background check and FBIBenefits:Make a meaningful impact by improving the lives of seniors every day.Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.Competitive compensation ranging from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, with bi-weekly pay.About the Company:Pleasant Hill Senior Services is a premier provider of senior care located in Bryant, Arkansas.
