Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing FacilityLocation: Afton, Wyoming Job Type: PRN, Part-time and Full Time Day and Night shifts available$500 Sign on bonus for Part-time and $1,000 Sign on bonus for Full-time benefited positionsAbout Star Valley HealthStar Valley Health is a community-focused healthcare provider located in the scenic mountains of western Wyoming. We offer a supportive work environment, excellent patient-to-staff ratios, and a strong commitment to compassionate care.Position SummaryAs a CNA in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You'll assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct resident care within CNA scope and training.Observe and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.Support residents' rights and respond to their needs with empathy and professionalism.Maintain a clean, safe environment and equipment.Document care using electronic health records.Attend required in-service trainings and meetings.Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with residents, families, and staff.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualificationsCompletion of a state-approved CNA training program.Active CNA certification in the State of Wyoming.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer skills for documentation.Benefits160 hours of PTOHealth, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insuranceSupportive and collaborative work environment
