Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)THE VILLA AT BLUE RIDGE, located in Columbia, Missouri is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shiftHelp Residents with personal hygieneObserve Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurseDocument Resident food and fluid intakeAssist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplementsMaking the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidyTransport Residents within the facilityAssist nurses and other staff as neededAdhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and proceduresAbide by all federal, state and local requirements and standardsMaintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility dataCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:Current and Valid CNA certificationExcellent interpersonal skillsEffective communication skillsGood collaboration and teamwork skillsFast and adaptive problem-solving abilitiesKeen attention to detailIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsFamiliarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditionsPhysical strength and staminaCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong-Term and Short-Term DisabilityVacation and Paid Sick Time401KTuition Reimbursement
