Hospice CNA for Nursing Home ResidentsEmployment Type: Full timeShift: Day ShiftDescription: Hospice CNA for Nursing Home residents in the Capital Region.The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a FT CNA to work as part of our Hospice Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes. As a CNA you will provide assistance with ADLs, provide for comfort needs, as well as offer added support to residents and families.Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. NO WEEKENDS!Requirements: NYS CNA Licensure and 1-2 years long term care experience preferred Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.Community Hospice provides thorough orientation with training in end-of-life care, assigned preceptors, and a supportive work environment.Apply today for more information. We can also arrange a time for you to shadow one of our preceptors.Pay Range:$17.55 - $22.93 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
