Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate to join our team of exceptional caregivers. We have full-time, part-time, twelve-hour shifts, and weekend only positions available. We offer a newer and higher competitive wage of $20.50/hour, along with shift differential pay for certain hours of work. Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career.Positions available (full-time or part-time):AM Shift (5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.AM Shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)PM Shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)PM shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)Nights (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)Nights (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)Every Weekend with a $3.00/hour shift differentialHours between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. include a $1.50/hour shift differentialFull-Time Benefits:Competitive Pay with Shift DifferentialsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and AD&D Insurance401(k) with a matching percentEmployee Assistance ProgramChildcare AssistanceAflacPaid Time Off (PTO)Flexible SchedulingResponsibilities:Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eatingTake and record patient vital signs and weightObserve and record patient’s conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisorHelp patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devicesMake beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patientsLift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniquesTreat all residents, family, and other visitors with respect, and engage with them in a tactful manner at all timesComply with all safety and health regulationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredCNA certification in WisconsinPrior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferredMust be in good physical health and able to lift and move patients, walk or stand for long periods of time and possess physical capability to perform job-related dutiesMust be compassionate and personableStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignmentsAbility to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional mannerNEW Care, Inc. has been providing a variety of supportive living services to residents of Crivitz and the surrounding communities since 1965.
