nAs a Certified Nurse Aide , you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:
nnnProvide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
n
nnAssist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
n
nnTake and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
n
nnHelp patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment.
n
nnFollow each patient's individualized care plan.
n
nnMonitor and report changes in a patient's condition to the care team.
n
nnHelp maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
n
nnRemind patients to take medications as directed.
n
nnRespond appropriately to emergency situations and follow safety and infection control guidelines.
n
nnMaintain accurate documentation, protect patient privacy, and participate in required training.
n
n nWhat is Required?
nnnCurrent State certificate as a Certified Nursing Aide.
n
nnAbility to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
n
nnMust possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
n
