(Full-time only)We offer tuition reimbursement!Access to online learning 24/7 to further your healthcare career!Bi-weekly perfect punch program; $225 bonusCompetitive pay: additional hours and holiday pay if applicable.Responsibilities:Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standardsAssist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobilityProvide companionship and conversation to residentsConduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidentsAssist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-upPerform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparationObserve and report changes in residents' condition and statusOther duties as assignedRequirements:High School diploma or GEDFlorida CNA licenseAbility to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job dutiesAbility to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respectAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial mannerCaregivers must complete our new hire orientation
