Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time and Part-Time OpportunitiesJoin our dynamic care team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich, an award-winning facility!$25.25 to $31 an hour, including differentials, depending on the shift. All shifts have differentials. Weekly pay. Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus available!As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your primary responsibility will be to provide routine daily nursing care to our residents, in accordance with our established nursing care procedures and as directed by the licensed staff nurse. You will participate in planning and following current resident care plans, complete resident assignments effectively, and document accurately and completely.Responsibilities:• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under your care• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them• Document accurately and completely• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident• Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident• Maintain clean and orderly resident care areas• Identify residents correctly and maintain confidentialityRequirements:• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one• New graduates welcome!• Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and ability to utilize appropriately• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions• Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel• Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents*Employment conditions applyWhat we offer:Competitive and Weekly PayHoliday Pay for Hourly and Salaried EmployeesOvertime Pay for Hourly EmployeesCareer Advancement OpportunitiesExclusive Employer Discount ProgramAvailable for Eligible Team Members:Employer-Paid Life Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchVacation and Personal TimeHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
