Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Community Eldercare Services (CES) is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team! Begin your career at Community Eldercare Services (CES) where meaningful connections and opportunities await you.Full time | 2nd shift available- 3pm to 11pmCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties include but are not limited to:Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned unit to monitor activity and ensure residents needs are met including assisting with activities of daily livingMaintain positive relationships with the residents/ PatientsNotify Charge Nurse of any resident/ patient change in conditionObtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by charge nurseComplete all assigned duties and documentation as requiredCoordinate and prepare for new admissions, transfers, discharge of residents in the Transitional Care UnitMaintain safe and clean work areaEnsure infection prevention and control practicesOther duties as assignedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) benefits include but are not limited to:Medical, Dental, Vision, and life insurance401KPet insuranceCompetitive payCareer advancement opportunitiesEducational opportunitiesRequirements:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing requiredOur mission is to reconnect people to life through individuals serving individuals.
