nJob Summary:
nThe CNA/CHHA provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home.
nResponsibilities can include but not limited to:
nHousekeeping
nMeal preparation
nTransportation
nCompanionship
nPersonal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
nMemory Care
nCare coordination for clients with degenerative conditions
nCommunicate professionally with families and your team
nQualifications:
nAbility to pass a background screening
nValid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record
nPrior home care experience a plus
nMust understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
