Join the Monarch Float Pool!Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.Whether you're looking for a full-time or on-call opportunity, the Monarch Float Pool offers flexibility, competitive pay, benefits eligibility, and the chance to support residents across multiple communities.Position SummaryAs a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
