Job description
Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community focused on providing exceptional care while supporting our employees with a positive and team-oriented work environment.
We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community.
Available Shifts
* Days Shift: 6:30am to 7:00pm
* Evening Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Shift Differentials
* Day Shift: $1 on the Weekends
* Evening Shift: $3 -$4
CNA Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
* Support residents with meals and hydration.
* Take and record vital signs.
* Respond promptly to resident needs.
* Work closely with nurses and healthcare team members to provide quality care.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
Qualifications
* Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri
* CPR certification
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate approach to resident care
* Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required
