Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full Time Swing ShiftParkdale Health and Rehab is a fantastic skilled nursing facility located in Price, UT. We are expanding our nursing team and we are excited that you've considered us. If you want a supportive team beside you, grateful residents around you, and a place to grow as a CNA - you've found it!*Skilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 careHours: This is a full time position, and we are hiring for the Swing Shift - which is 2 PM to 10 PM ***The shift hours depend upon your availability and the needs of the facility.Wages and Benefits:401(k) with company matchMedical, Dental, Life, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and get $500/month applied towards a nursing program.Training:On the job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experienceRequirements:Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employmentEffective communication with coworkers and residentsWillingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term careJob Duties:Answer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while they are in bedProvide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate dietRecord food and liquid intake and output as necessaryReporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
