Become a CNA at Moments Hospice and find a fulfilling career path.Qualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required)12 months of caregiving experience in Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice (required)Current CPR certification (preferred)Excellent customer service skillsStrong communication (written, verbal, and active listening)Problem-solving skillsTime management skillsAbility to work in an electronic medical record systemAbility to lift 50 lbs.Good understanding of body mechanicsStrong understanding of professional boundariesValid driver's license (required)Valid Auto Insurance (required)Responsibilities:Perform personal care activities related to daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care, etc.)Review patient care plansAssist with lifting and transferring patientsAssist with range of motion, positioning, exercise, and ambulationAssist with dining and nutritionMaintain electronic medical recordsWork under the direction of a Case Manager RNBenefits:Competitive salaryCompany car with fuel and insurance coveredCompany cell phoneComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO accruing immediately401(k) with company matching
