(CSI), a Help at Home company, is registering Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support to seniors and adults in the Jacksonville FL 32218 area.This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity. CNAs may accept client assignments that align with their availability, preferred service area, and experience.Why Partner With Caregiver Services Inc.?Contract rate of $15.00–$16.00 per hourWeekly payments through direct depositFlexible client assignment opportunitiesOne-on-one work supporting clients in their homesLocal client-matching opportunities that may reduce travel timeCaregiver support available 24 hours a day, seven days a weekStreamlined registration and onboarding processVeteran-friendly organization welcoming veterans, active-duty military members, and military spousesClient assignment availability, schedules, and hours vary by location and client need.CNA ResponsibilitiesDepending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needsPreparing meals and providing mealtime assistanceSupporting safe mobility and transfersProviding companionship and assistance with daily activitiesPerforming light housekeeping, laundry, and basic organizationProviding transportation or completing errands when applicableObserving and reporting changes in a client's condition in accordance with applicable requirementsRequirementsActive Florida Certified Nursing Assistant licenseAbility to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writingValid government-issued identificationCompletion of all applicable state and organizational training requirementsSuccessful completion of the required Florida background screening process, including applicable AHCA Clearinghouse requirementsAbility to perform the essential responsibilities of accepted client assignmentsIndependent Contractor StatusThis is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not employment with Caregiver Services Inc. Independent contractors are self-employed and responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, and other business-related obligations.$500 Sign-On BonusEligible independent contractors may qualify for a $500 sign-on bonus.
