Senior Caregiver PositionLocation: Senior Helpers of Waxhaw & Monroe — serving Union, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan countiesKey ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)Provide companionship and emotional supportParticipate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts)Prepare meals and support light household tasksMonitor and document changes in clients’ physical or cognitive conditionMaintain a safe, clean environmentCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsFollow individualized care plans and company policiesQualificationsPrevious caregiving or healthcare experience requiredCompassionate, patient, and dependableReliable transportation to client homesMust pass background and Drug screeningsBenefitsCompetitive pay: $17 per hour, paid biweeklyFlexible scheduling optionsAccident Insurance coverage after 90 days.Hiring StepsPhone/Zoom Interview ?
