Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) NeededCertified Nursing Assistant duties and responsibilitiesCertified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need. They often have the following responsibilities:Grooming and bathing patients with low mobilityPreparing each patient's room with necessary items such as blankets, pillows, medical equipment and toiletriesHelping patients eat and take medicationsMaking sure patients have regular meals and proper medication dosagesMonitoring vitals and behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staffTransferring patients with low mobility from wheelchair to bed and vice versaTurning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsoresJob Requirements:Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant LicenseCurrent BLS CPR Certification - Healthcare Provider CertificationPhysical within the last six months (must include statement of "free of communicable diseases" or "without evidence of communicable disease")Current PPD, Chest X-ray, or QuantiFERONPre-employment drug screenTwo Professional References (RN or LPN)Criminal history report with no activity listedAdditional credentials may be required upon hire or per contract.Nurses and More offers the following benefits to our caregivers:Advance PayWeekly PayDirect DepositHealth Insurance optionsGreat Support StaffFlexible SchedulesA Great Work Environment
