If you're an CNA who takes pride in helping others live their best life, we'd love to welcome you to our Cayuga family!ResponsibilitiesThis position delivers direct resident care and provides superior healthcare to our residents in a manner which promotes independence, preserves dignity, & strives to improve their quality of life.Assist with the maintenance of resident's nutritional and personal hygiene needsObserve and report significant changes in a resident's conditionUnderstand the psychological needs of the resident.Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.Record Activities of Daily LivingAssist with Nursing and other Staff as neededFollow all professional, facility, and legal standards while maintaining resident and facility confidentiality.Responsible for promoting a safe work environment through proactive injury prevention practices and compliance with all safety standards.RequirementsCurrent New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) CertificationPCC experience is preferredCandidates must be eligible to work and able to verify employment authorization. Applicants are expected to meet the basic qualifications and job requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
