Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Jackson, MS | $16.25 - $19.00 per hour | W-2, assignment based
nCLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is expanding its Mississippi clinical roster to support on-site assignments at State of Mississippi agency healthcare facilities in and around Jackson.
nCompensation
nn$16.25 - $19.00 per hour, determined by experience, credentials, and shift availability.
nThe top of the posted range is available to candidates who bring stronger experience, additional credentials, or availability for hard to fill shifts. Tell us what you bring and we will place you in the range accordingly.
nWeekend, holiday, and hazard differentials are paid above the base hourly rate when those shifts are worked.
n nKey Responsibilities
nnAssist residents and patients in all areas of physical care and hygiene.
nParticipate in activities with patients and residents.
nAssist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning consistent with facility protocol.
nPerform housekeeping duties associated with resident care areas.
nReport changes in patient condition promptly to the supervising nurse.
n nRequired Qualifications
nnHigh school diploma or GED.
nActive listing in good standing on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry.
nSix months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting.
nAbility to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and repositioning patients.
nCurrent on vaccines required by the assigned facility, including influenza and COVID-19.
nAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
n nStrongly Preferred
nnExperience in long term care, developmental disability, or behavioral health settings.
nRestorative care, dementia care, or behavioral support experience.
nPrior agency, per diem, or contract CNA experience.
nAvailability for weekend, holiday, night, or short notice coverage.

nHours are assignment based and vary by facility demand. This is not a guaranteed hours position.
