About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, FL. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Assist with mealtime services, including feeding, hydration, and feeding assistance
Perform vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
Participate in resident activities and assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Promote a positive and respectful environment for our residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a positive work environment
