Job Opportunity at Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility. We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.
Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All shifts available. New CNAs and temp NAs (already in school for certification) are welcome.
Compensation:
Hourly compensation starting at $21.50 with full benefits
Additional $3.00 for waiving insurance & PTO benefits
$4000 sign-on bonus (only for full time)
Tuition reimbursement opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:
Active New Jersey CNA license required

Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
