Requirements
High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Required
At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
EPIC experience: Required
Responsibilities Provides personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN).
Assists with activities of daily living, nutrition, hydration, elimination, personal care, and restorative care.
Takes vital signs including pulse and blood pressure.
Helps patients with bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Performs clerical duties, including routing patient reports appropriately.
Communicates patient status and concerns to the RN.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
