Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Travel Contract OpportunitiesTravel contract opportunities with our Long Term Care facility in Viroqua, WI.Pay Rate:$25.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)$1,140/week (travel pay package if qualified)Available Work Schedules:5:45am - 2:15pm (Days)1:45pm - 10:15pm (Evenings)Guaranteed 40 hour schedule each weekEvery other weekendContract Term: 10-13 weeks to start (extension likely)Job Details:Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurseCompletes required documentation in the electronic clinical recordObtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assignedQualifications:Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate1+ year of CNA experience working in a LTC/SNF required (must have 1 year experience worked in last 3 years)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
