CNA Opportunity at Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
Join our team at Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a CNA! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shifts include 7 AM- 3 PM, 3 PM- 11 PM, and 11 PM- 7 AM. Connecticut CNAs WELCOME TO APPLY - FACILITY WILL COVER RECIPROCITY FEE - FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE BORDER OF CT AND RI - LOCATED IN RI. Same Day Pay!! $5 PIB. $2 Shift Diff for Weekends. $1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday. $2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekday. $20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive). Sign-On Bonus - Full-Time $3,000 and $1,500 part-time.

Responsibilities for CNAs:
Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Qualifications for CNAs:
Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
