Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, a beautiful 100-bed skilled nursing facility located within Milford Wellness Village in Milford, DE, is hiring dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Full-Time and Part-time 3p-11p

Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide essential hands-on care that supports the comfort and dignity of each resident. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed

Helping residents ambulate, turn, and reposition safely

Following the direction of licensed nurses and medical staff

Maintaining a positive, supportive attitude as part of the care team

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the State of Delaware

Prior CNA experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor

Ability to build rapport and trust with residents

Excellent attendance and reliability
