Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll be an essential part of our team, providing hands-on care that enhances the well-being and comfort of our residents. CNA Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Ensure residents' living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable
Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation
Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents
Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations
Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care
CNA Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active and unrestricted CNA certification
Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care
