Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Are you looking for your new career? Now hiring for: all shifts Salary range: $22.00 to $24.00Are you ready to contribute to a team, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual's unique talent?If yes, how you will contribute to the team: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to:Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL);Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must have:Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant programCurrent CNA certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learnNice to have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceWho we are:Rio Hondo Subacute and Nursing Center believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
