Job description
Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer a safe nurse-to-resident ratio, New Wages, and we’re committed to supporting your career growth through advancement opportunities and professional development.
nAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Moose Lake Village, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. nPosition Type: Part-Time and Full-Time including every other weekend.
nShifts Available:
nnnDays 6:00am to 2:30pm (Full-Time)
n
nnEvenings 2:15pm to 10:45pm (Full-Time)
n
nnEvenings 4:00pm to 9:00pm (Part-Time, great for students!)
n
nnNights 10:30pm to 7:00am (Part-Time, only every other weekend)
n
n nWages: $22.60 to $25.98 / hour depending on experience
nShift Differential:
nNight (NOC) $2.00 / hour
nLocation: 710 S Kenwood Ave Moose Lake, MN 55767
nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
nnnHelp each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
n
nnAssist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
n
nnTake and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
n
nnDocument services performed on computerized charting system.
n
nnAssist residents with prescribed program activities.
n
nnObserve resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
n
nnPerform additional tasks as needed.
n
n nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications?
nnnCurrent Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry
n
nnAt least 16 years of age
n
nnStrong communication skills
n
