Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Morristown, NJ
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, where we Revolutionizing Care Delivery™. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communicate effectively with family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Support our residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being through active listening, empathy, and compassion
Collaborate with our experienced staff to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of care

Requirements:
Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with a valid certification
