Certified Nursing Assistants WantedJoin our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care and support in a skilled nursing facility setting.Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Morning and overnight shifts available.Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilityTake vital signs and report any changes in resident conditionMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residentsRespond promptly to resident needs and support their overall well-beingFollow facility policies, infection control, and safety proceduresCompensation:Weekday pay starts at $20/hour with full benefits or up to $22/hour for no-frills optionsWeekend pay starts at $25/hourAdditional shift differentials availableSign On Bonus up to $1000Referral Bonus up to $500Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous paid time off (PTO) packageQualifications:Active CNA certification or currently enrolled in a state-approved Nurse Aide programCPR/BLS certification preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCaring, reliable, and patient-focused attitudeCurrent CPR/BLS certification (e.g., American Heart Association)Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferredAbout Us:At Imperial Healthcare, we take pride in treating each resident and their family members with compassion, dignity, and respect.
