We work closely with families and supply proper training for our staff members.We offer an extensive mentor program where new hires will be paired with a preceptor who will work at your pace, to ensure you are comfortable on our floor.Our CNA shifts are 8 or 12 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. Peabody Retirement Community also offers a weekend warrior program- all decided by you! We offer sign-on bonuses and shift diffs for each shift!
