n nWhat You'll Do:
nnProvide daily nursing care to assigned residents with kindness and attention
nAssist residents with grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene, especially those with low mobility
nHelp with meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition
nObserve and report changes in residents' behaviors to your supervising LPN or RN
nSupport residents' mobility and comfort by assisting with movement and repositioning
n nWhat We're Looking For:

nStrong communication and teamwork abilities
nQuick problem-solving and adaptability
nGreat attention to detail and dedication to quality care
nKnowledge of patient care policies and safety regulations
