You are the first smile a resident sees in the morning, the helping hand they depend on throughout the day, and the person who notices the little things that can make a big difference.Part-time and Full-time $ Health benefits, 401k, referral bonus, and more for our Full-time CNAsResponsibilities:Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows an individual to function at their highest level of independence including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating/feeding, bed mobility/positioning, continence care/toileting, behavioral support, ambulation/wheelchair mobility.Maintain a safe and clean environment for residentsCommunicates changes in residents' condition and function to nurse immediately when noted.Performs assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.Accountable for completion of CNA documentation which includes progress notes, percentage of meals and fluid taken, bowel sheet, and ADL's.Communicates with residents, families and co-workers utilizing a pleasant positive approach.Respects Residents Rights for Privacy and Dignity.Qualifications/Requirements:Current State of Delaware CNA CertificateCurrent CPR CardThis organization does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of ancestry, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, military status, veteran status, or disability.
