Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - NOC ShiftColfax, WASchedule: Available Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday NOC Shift Are you a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregiver who enjoys helping others live their best lives? We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. In this rewarding role, you'll be an essential part of our healthcare team, helping residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.This position is a part of the SEIU 775 Union.What You'll Do:As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to residents while working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Dressing and grooming, Bathing and oral hygiene, Hair care, Incontinence care.Assisting residents with meals, including obtaining food trays and supporting residents during mealtime.Helping residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises.Assisting with turning and repositioning residents to promote comfort and safety.Measuring and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.Monitoring and documenting food and fluid intake/output.Accurately documenting resident care, ADLs, restorative services, and device usage according to facility policies.Participating in interdisciplinary care planning meetings as needed.Supporting individualized, person-centered care plans that honor resident preferences and choices.Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.What We're Looking For:Required Skills & AbilitiesCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.Strong communication skills with residents, families, and healthcare team members.A compassionate, patient, and caring approach to resident care.Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Why You'll Love Working Here:Meaningful work that positively impacts residents' lives every day.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and coworkers.A culture focused on compassion, respect, and quality care.Professional growth and development opportunities.Compensation & Benefits:Hourly wage: $22.75 - $30.64 (depending on experience)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPTO and sick timeLife, short-term, and long-term disability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Supportive leadership and growth opportunities.Join Our Team:If you have a heart for caregiving and a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
