Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Nurse Aide (NA)At Always Best Care Senior Services – O?ahu, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. We're expanding our team and looking for compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are committed to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. If you're passionate about caring for others and want a rewarding career with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.Offer medication reminders as directed.Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.Active Hawai?i Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.Completion of in-person skills training.Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.$21–$25 per hourWeekly payFlexible schedulingFull-time and part-time opportunitiesSupportive leadership and clinical teamOngoing training and career growthRewarding one-on-one client relationshipsMake a meaningful difference in your local communityAlways Best Care Senior Services – O?ahu provides trusted, compassionate in-home care that allows seniors to age safely and independently where they feel most comfortable—at home.
